Well we've had good success. Not with any equipment or head covering kit. We simply tell him to lie down - and he does!!! No you can put it on paws straight away. Most chemists, supermarkets will have it or something similar.

E45 cream as it has Lanolin in it. Helps my Rotties and their cracked paws.
