Re: Getting a second dog

Hi everyone Well we went ahead and did it. 1 week and 5 days in - they now share the same crate (when we are in the room) by choice. Play fight, play tug of war, clean each other.. and get on well. Im not dumb enough to think at some point they may end up having a set to but so far its been excellent!

Very bouncy/lively personality but never shown any sign of violence/fighting. He is also the proud owner of the kennel club ...

Delicate Subject

Hi everyone 19 week Patterdale Terrier he has just started making himself very "happy".... - not by humping toys/things - this is purely him on his own. We intend having him castrated as soon as our vet says it is safe to do so. In the meantime any advice to get him to stop "playing w...

I'm sure one day won't make a difference

I hope not because Charlie is gagging for a pint in the pub :) (Only kidding - hes having water as he is driving)

Re: Bonfire Night (in the UK)

no.
he does not not like the spray.
the point im making is that 99% of dogs dont like it - i assume 99% of dogs ( or somewhere close to that) dont like fireworks. It seems that our dog does not subscribe to the norm :D

Re: Bonfire Night (in the UK)

He took/takes no notice of them (other than a quick look at the thing in the sky). He only continues as normal waiting for me to throw his toy or he continues the puppy zoomies in the garden. (we do think he is odd) we have an anti dog biting spray that 99% of dogs dont like - Charlie loves it! Lick...

Re: Bonfire Night (in the UK)

Cheese
Charlie
Sit
All words he "hears" (hes 9 weeks)

And he reacts to the playstaion surround sound so I think yes his hearing is ok.

He is now asleep - and outside is like Beirut (im showing my age by saying that) - the bangs are loud.

Bonfire Night (in the UK)

Is Charlie odd?
He watches the fireworks and listens to the bangs...

No reaction at all. Zip diddly. Nothing.

Just carries on as normal
