Re: Allergies
Hi Crunchie! I really loved reading your post to my problem. 'We've shave Cuddles hair to less than 1 inch and when she comes back from the park I've continued with the grooming i.e. brushing, washing her paws, taking a damp cloth and washing her body and then going over it with baby wipes and even ...

Re: Pet Sweater
Thanks Nettle!! I agree with the overheating, and even though Cuddles coat is cut down to an inch, I think she can handle the cold weather. Like I said I had her out at night and it was 55 degrees and she was fine! I'll just bring the coat just incase and I'll do what you suggested and check to see ...

Re: Allergies
Well, just got back from taking my Mom to the doctor, and he THINKS though not sure that its the park grass that is making my Mom allergic.
He gave her some pills, but I was asked not by my doctor, but, by the parents to stop walking her in the park
Thanks for the replies,
Kalo

Re: Allergies
General info: If her hair is like a Poodle (doesn't ever shed, just grows), then a hair cut will be needed in the future since Poodle's hair grows forever if not cut. Since Cuddles is a cross, only you can judge what her hair is like. Wicket, Cuddles's hair is WAVEY and is a cross mix between a Kin...

Re: Park Grass
Okay, So, by using baby wipes it will remove the allergians. I hope so. One more other thing is that Cuddles has that Cava Poo hair and after her roll in the grass she gets these little burros stuck in her fur :( I brush her like crazy and even pull gently to take them out, I am thinking that those ...

Re: Park Grass
A bath would remove any allergens, dander, etc. on her skin. If Cuddles' fur is really dense and waterproof (like a Poodle's), baby wipes or waterless shampoo aren't gonna cut it, but you could use those products on her paws. :) Wicket, I think Cuddles has a cross mix of Cavalier Spaniel hair and p...

Re: Cold Wheather/Walking Dog
Hi Maixmoo!
Cuddles, park buddy's Mom said the same thing. Not to be concerned as dogs are sturdy and are made for cold wheather.
How is Max doing? I hope he is doing good
Thanks again,
Kalo
