Re: How to give a dog ear medicine

This video is a very good explanation of the correct process so that the dog does not become suspicious of what is going on - as can happen when the food is presented before and during the procedure. Here the food is always presented afterwards.

Re: help male boxer dog is people/dog aggressive...

There are a few Mid to SW Wales trainers on this site. Re: These dogs are impossible...

Then your next bet bet is to explain to them as nicely and constructively as possible that they are not meeting the dogs' needs. How old are are the members of their family? Would they come here for advice? Would they have a trainer out to help?

Re: Guilt

Suzette. Maybe your daughter has punished him in some form or another? Possibly? What's with the appeasement gestures if it's not learnt or associated with the examples given above by others as well? But I like the explanation given by Emmabeth which would serve to explain if the dog has not been pu...

What's your case Kate? Meds are fine (if really needed) but should be with behaviour modification therapy at the same time.

Re: These dogs are impossible...

Anyone reading this who is a trainer and who understand dogs is going to be upset. I'm not sure exactly what advice you are needing or what you want to hear, but others may understand better than me. I think you know this but it's not a question of these dogs being stupid or annoying or whatever. Th...
