where to find those nifty food hiding toys?

I think that's a great 'exercise' tool. But I've never seen them in stores here in the states. Anyone know?

I just love those toys that the dog has to turn and play with to get food out.

I love Victoria's suggestion to give them ice cubes as a way of limiting water intake. My understanding was to take away the water and give them ice cubes instead :? It works GREAT for us. At about 8 at night we switch over to ice cubes as many as she wants to munch. We pee her for the last time aro...

What do I mean by bite? Well Max has left a bunch of nasty bruises several times on the arms, legs, & back, ripped my shirts, pants. When he leaps at me oftentimes his mouth lands on my boob, and that really hurts. I tried VS way of turning/standing still arms folded but he doesn't stop. He keep...

Need suggestions. Puppy going to be left at friends 2 days

I have to go out of town. A friend of mine with a one year old lab/rotie mix has volunteered to keep my 16 week old OES. Her dog and my puppy get along great-rambunctious but great. We went to dinner over the weekend at my friends house and the dogs did great together. This week I am going to take m...

I make my big puppy  (she's huge for 16 weeks) sit before she gets a treat. This is assuming that your problem like mine may be more when she is excited. For example I have a bigger problem with the back yard. Come with a treat in my hand turns into attack and eat the mommy for the treat. So ...

Hand feeding good for dominant dog at 16 weeks?

Our OES is in the "Seniority Classification Period 12-16 weeks". She is dominant according to the trainer we used for puppy school. I have been trying to make her earn her food in the morning. I make her do sits and downs and waits and comes and she gets her food as a reward. But now she s...

Is what you all call the halti the same as the gentle leader

Sorry. I'm not sure if it's because I'm in the U.S.A. Is this a different item or is it just a different name?

Thanks :D :D
