I think that since she's moved to the U.S. she has been in several cities. I definately recognize some of the new shows being filmed in Atlanta, and certainly one was in SoCal.

Actually I didn't think of that, I've been feeding him in the kitchen, so it didn't cross my mind to lock him up with his food. I'll try that!

Big difference between raw and cooked for nuitrition?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can direct me to find out the difference in raw or cooked diets as far as nuitritional value goes. I tried feeding my puppy a raw chicken thigh, and while he loved it, I definately didn't care for the way he lugged a raw peice of chicken all over the house, finally eating...

My dog has an interesting variation on this. I guess some mornings, he just can't wait for my lazy butt to get out of bed. As soon as he goes potty in the house, especially if he poops, he comes to get me. If I'm still in bed, this is a full licking/nipping my hands until I wake up. If for some reas...

What breed is she? Have you ever had a situation where she barked? I believe the key will be to reproduce that moment, and rewarding the bark. If you can remember something that might have solicited a bark, maybe you can get her to do it again, and this time, be ready with treats and praise. My bull...

Sorry, there's a lot of info on this topic, but I seem to have missed one thing. Has anyone (yourself or the neighbor) reported that this dog bit someone? I think that is an important step that needs to be taken. The dog may be retrainable, but without some sort of documented incident, will your mat...

Being an English Bulldog, he's kinda stocky, even at almost 8 months right now. I should have clarified, he can't (or won't) roll over for me to rub his belly, but whines until I roll him over. And boy can he whine, I always thought that the bulldog stubborness was a joke before (I've had freinds wh...

Not really an alpha roll

I was curious about alpha rolls. i definately subscribe to the reward training method, but my english bulldog insists that I hold him on my lap in the evenings before he will go to bed. Most times, he prefers to be upside down, with my rubbing his chest. I don't like to think I could be enforcing a ...

From what I understand, some breeds bark less than others (my English Bulldog, or a previous Shih Tzu I had). I actually prefer this, as I live in an apartment, and don't want my dog's barking to annoy the neighbors. Knowing what breed Pepper is might help us give better advice. However, if you want...

With pork I would use anything left uncooked and froze for no less than 30 days. Isn't uncooked pork dangerous? I've always heard its extremely unsafe for people to eat undercooked pork, and had thought the same would apply to dogs. I'm not a nuitritionist nor a dietician, so please correct me if I...

Thanks, they're not the ones, but I will give them a try. I figure anything I'm scared to eat myself can't be good for my dog (barring some of the liver or other wierd flavor choices dogs love). When I was little, my mom and dad always had to stop me from eating the dog food, guess some habits are h...

peanut butter treats

Ok, about 3 weeks ago, my gf found some peanut butter treats at a pet supply store. Not knowing these were dog treats (she threw the box away and they were left in a ziploc bag) I thought they were little candies for us and ate some. They were delicious! Unfortunately, the pet supply store ha...

Roxy the English Bulldog - harness

Does anyone know what harness that was on Roxy? It looks much sturdier and more comfortable than the Top Paws one I have now.

Thanks! :)

4 months is still really young, my English bulldog is still very hesitant about steps and he's 7 months and about 48lbs. I imagine those steps look pretty scary to someone 10" tall!
