I can't wait for the new season.
I just wanted to pass along to the boardhost that my parents wish Victoria had a dog training video to go along with her book. Anything in the works for something like this?
Love Victoria and all of her shows.
Andrea

Reactive dog ?
A lot of episodes deal with dogs who are reactive on leash. PJ my English Springer Spaniel started this same thing at the age of 2. PJ was socialized with other dogs starting at 9 weeks old by going to puppy school, played with neighborhood dogs, and went to daycare. For about 2 years we have been d...

Reactive dogs
It seems like there are a lot of dogs that Victoria trains who are reactive on leash. My dog started leash aggression towards other dogs about a year ago and we have been working with a trainer and doing a lot of work on our own. This seem to be a big problem with dogs today. Would there be a specif...

Monkey, I can't imagin your dog being worse. Bless you for not giving up on him. I never thought of it as low confidence...I just thought my dog was a bully. My dog PJ was attacked around the time I started to see these issues so we think this is the cause of it. With lots of practice we are doing w...

I love the new show and how it was an hour long...wasn't as rushed and really taught the viewers. This episode hit homes for us. Our English Springer Spaniel started acting just like the boxer at the age of two. We have been working with a trainer for almost a year and actually were taught the same ...

Why do you take his water away Andrea? We take his water away at night because he will just drink way to much water in the middle of the night and have to potty. Sometimes PJ will wake me up because he is thirsty and I will fill up his bowl so he can have a drink...but this doesn't happen often. I ...

On the weekends I don't allow PJ to get up before 7am...anything before 7am I tell him to go back on his bed and he will. PJ gets a ton of excerise and we make sure his water is taken away an hour before bedtime and he gets a late one last potty time. For some reason PJ will let my husband sleep unt...

Food aggression
I have a 3 year old English Springer Spaniel PJ who loves food. PJ has no problems with people touching his food. The problem is when another dog gets close to his food he will attack over it to protect his food. He will even do this with vomit and poopsicles in the winter. Is it possible to ever ge...

Sleeping late
How do you teach a dog to sleep late on the weekends? Is it possible to get up early for work during the week yet have a dog understand on weekends it is okay to sleep in?
