Hi Dave!

Thank you for your response! I will check out the Yahoo group you recommended! I am now feeding my girls Primal Raw in the AM & Innova EVO in the evening, supplementing with raw veggies!
Thanks again!

Hi! Do any of you feed your dogs home cooked meals? I'm now feeding my girls Innova EVO but am considering switching to home cooked meals. Thoughts? Ideas?
Thanks!

:D BJ! I'm new on this board too and am learning so much! I'm surprised someone hasn't answered your question by now! Your reasoning for her behavior sounds logical to me! I have 2 bichons - Lucy (2-1/2) and Bella (10 mos)! I've never had any problems with Lucy, but Bella has been more challenging w...

I guess I'm just LUCKY, but both of my girls (2-1/2 & 10 mos) sleep whenever I do!! Both of them got up once during the night for the 1st WEEK I had them, after that they slept thru the night (on the bed with me)with RARE exceptions! When they did get up it was straight out (no lights) and straight ...

:D I LOVE using the clicker! I was 1st introduced to it at a PetSmart Puppy K class for my now 2-1/2 yr old bichon, Lucy. I now have another puppy, Bella and I'm working with her too now. My ? is - with Lucy I would watch her and when she would do something I wanted her to do on cue (like "take a bo...

I totally agree! IF you've trained your dog propertly you should have to give the hand signal and voice command ONCE! I wouldn't keep saying, "sit, sit, sit, sit, sit"! Leroy & Galaxy's owners were FRANTIC - how very CONFUSING to their dogs! I think the leaning over part was OK, but enough with the YELL...

Sorry but I disaagree! Not ALL dogs were meant to be "Working" dogs in the sense you're using it! IF you want to have a show that's completely based on what type of WORK they do, well to me that would be an altogether different show! Andrew did a TERRIFIC job all along! He was totally responsive to ...

Don't know, but I hope so! Although it had a few "flaws" I thought overall it was a good show! Of course I'm biased because I LOVE Victoria from her other show, "It's Me or the Dog"!

:D Yes, you're right, Bella IS a GOOD dog just with a different personality than Lucy! I guess I'm doing to Bella what my Mother did to me - comparing me with my older sibling! I have been socializing her since I got her at 12 weeks old, as I did with Lucy (although I got her at 8 weeks old). ...

Thank you for your response! I sometimes feel bad for Lucy (my 1st and "good" girl) because it seems like Bella gets her way most of the time, plus another of my concerns is that Bella will act the same way to other dogs and they won't be as tolerant as Lucy! I love Bella and I want her to be GOOD d...
