Re: what causes a dog to Attack its owner
Thanks Nettle
I knew I was right and I trust my RR a lot more than people and I think I have always felt safer around dogs than humans. I don't quiet understand how he passed as a vet when he said what. I was more shocked with it coming from a vet

Hello I was at my local vets yesterday and he was saying that I should be careful when my RR ( rhodesian ridgeback) grows up as he will turn into and aggressive mess who will attack me   . Re: how do you know if you have found the right breed
Hi Nettle
thanks for the reply.
that makes a lot of sense. the only GSD rescue near us is does not have there own kennels so he would have to foster but I don't think that would be a good idea for him.
I would be very greatful if you could tell me what the GSD quirks would be?
thanks for the reply.

Re: why do dogs test us?
Hi Nettle thank for the info I get it now, I was actual reading a post by someone else on a German Shepherd forum about this and one of the members really summed it up similar to what you have said. she said that all the GSD she has owned were more intense than any Golden retriever she has ever owne...

Hi I will be bringing home my new RR (rhodesian ridgeback) puppy in a few weeks. so I have been reading Victoria's Newer book (2013) as it took me a while to get hold of a copy and have learned that there is no such thing as dominance and that there is no such thing as pack leader but with what I re...
