dont work
I have a pekignese/mintiure poodle mix and I was told they were not harmful so I put one on him the correct way. All he did was pull and make choking sounds, so I walkied him back home by clipping the leash on the other ring so it wont choke him. I felt soo bad.

how much to feed?
I have a 7 month old papillon puppt who loves the outdoors. He loves to run and play with our 2 other dogs. The problem is I am not sure if I should start feeding them meal times. Our other dogs have never had meal times and are doing fine. He is doing fine to, but I am afraid he is not getting enou...

Since there is a trail right by the store I will bring him there so no one will see us probably but he will see them. I thought about getting him one og those carry bags so then if someone comes up I can just turn the bag and the people wont be able to look at him. My last visit to the store was pre...

socilizing issues
I have a papillon and he seems to be wary of strangers. I know that my thoughts and emotions will channel through the leash, but I don't know what to think about when I am holding the leash. I mean like, I guess when I am worried he will think 'well if she is worried i have a reason to be' or someth...

socializing problems
I have a papillon who is protective of me. I socialized him a lot. I took him to meet atleast one person a day and tried finding dogs. Now I am still socializing, but when I take him for a walk, he will either bark at people or he will like them and let them greet him. He has never bitten anyone, bu...

hi
i dont let my dogs off the leash by a road. If someone goes inside the house with their arms full, there are 3 dogs so they all want to get outside and run free, so sometimes they will escape through a tiny opening

hi
Goofy and Dude are already fixed and the puppy will get fixed when he turns about 6 months. It has calmed them down quite a bit, but Goofy will even hump Dude. Goofy I misunder took because he just barely growled at the puppy because Goofy had a bone and the puppy went by him. Does anyone have any m...

thanks again
Yeah they have seemed to be better with the puppy, so I dont worry about any biting anymore. Thanks! I just gave Goofy extra attention and he seems to be more affectionate to me. For my birthday I will be getting an agility starter kit so that will keep them motivated and they will kinda have a job!...

ideas?
I am not really sure but I have an idea. Do your dogs each have their own bed/blanket? If they do you can rub the smaller dogs fur onto the bigger dogs blanket and rub the bigger dogs fur on the smaller dogs blanket. Maybe they will get used to eachother then? I just read Victoria Stilwell's book, I...
