Puppy Issues
Ok, so I know there are several posts about puppy biting, but I still need help. Levi is my 13 week old red Australian Cattle Dog. I haven't owned a puppy in over 5 years, and Levi is much different from my first dog who passed away back in March. Hannah my first dog was very laid back except when y...

Re: Barking/Attacking Wheelbarrow, Weedeater, etc.
Thanks. I do play with her and train her everyday. She loves chasing her ball, so we play fetch a lot. I'm currently trying to introduce her to catching a frisbee. She likes it but still not as much as her ball. I try to walk with her everyday, but right now they're doing work on the telephone poles...

Barking/Attacking Wheelbarrow, Weedeater, etc.
Hannah is a 4 year old Australian Cattle Dog. She's an overall good dog except she always barks at the wheelbarrow, weed-eater, dolly, and garden tiller. The wheelbarrow is one of the worsts. She'll run up under it and grab the wheel, but she doesn't bark at it as much as she does the others. She no...

Getting my dog to Listen
I have a 3 year old Australian Cattle Dog name Hannah. She is an outside dog, so all of our training is done outside. I've been using clicker training for a few months now and she understands it. She's really smart and I've taught her many tricks. Now for our problem. She listens really well when th...

Thanks. Well, she knows lots of tricks. She can sit, stay, come, shake, high five, lay down, beg, dance, stand and roll over. I've also taught her to play hide and seek. Also she's taught herself to open screen doors! She paws at it then when it pops open she sticks her head in and comes on inside t...

Dog and New Dangerous Behavoirs.

There's really no place to let them loose, and yes they are penned together. The only other place to put one of the dogs when training the other is in the garage. The border collie, Pepper, actually does really good on her own, but gets out of control and won't listen when Penny's with her. Penny's ...

Training a Lab and Collie
Hello, my dad has a 6 year old yellow Labrador Retriever and a 1 year old Border Collie. They are both out of control and have no obedience training. They pull on the leashes, jump up, bark at everyone and everything, and its a fight to get them in and out of the pen. They get walked about 20 minute...
