Neika is a Victoria Stilwell Positively Dog Trainer (VSPDT) as well as a Registered Veterinary Technician, graduating from Purdue University in 1997. Neika also holds 2 Fear Free certifications, one as a trainer and one as an RVT as well as being a member of Family Paws. Beyond the medical training and her behavioral knowledge for complex behavior challenges, Neika has an incredible ability to formulate training plans for families with unique dynamics. Plans that allow families to be successful without needing to spend hours training their pets. This paired with her kindness and compassion make her a great choice for families as well as those who have complex behavior challenges.

Neika has a passion for helping the Deaf community and is fluent in ASL.
