DogTV Lands Celebrity Composer

Andrew Dost is a multi-instrumentalist for the band 'fun.', a rock trio that has topped the charts with songs like 'We are Young' and 'Some Nights'. The Grammy winner is now performing and composing music specially created for DogTV.

DogTV is the first television channel specifically designed to be watched by dogs. The channel provides both an aural and visual environment that is tailored specifically to the needs of today’s domesticated dog.

Dost has developed music that is scientifically designed to keep dogs calm and relaxed, which is especially helpful for dogs that are prone to separation anxiety. DogTV gave Dost some specifications for the music that would help prevent it from making dogs more anxious or excitable.
