James O'HeareJames O’Heare, CABC, PABC, is the President of The Companion Animal Sciences Institute (www.CASInstitute.com), Director of the Association of Animal Behavior Professionals (www.AssociationofAnimalBehaviorProfessionals.com), editor of the Journal of Applied Companion Animal Behavior, and owner of BehaveTech Publishing (www.BehaveTech.com).
