Is white rawhide ok for dogs?

I heard white rawhide is bad for dogs because it has formaldehyde in it also that it collects and can become a lump in a dogs stomach.
Anyone know if this is true?

Yes, each is true. It has probably been bleached too. Deer antler is much safer (runlikethewind can tell you where to source it), or you can feed raw meaty bones - or both.
