Why Do Dogs Roll In Others Poo?
I had the unpleasant event of Mia Rolling in Poop.. We were on our walk, I let her go as usual, where we walk is a park with a large bowl like grass area, behind that is the woods, we go walking in the woods. She loves it. Anywho, I turned my head for not even a minute and there Mia is, rolling in poo that came from who knows what! What my question is why do dogs roll in other animals poo?
Anybody who doesn’t know what soap tastes like never washed a dog. ~Franklin P. Jones

Nobody actually knows, though there are several theories, each one more cockamamie than the last
Tomato sauce or baby wipes are good for getting rid of the smell - wash affected area with a mild shampoo, then rub in tomato sauce and rinse out, or else after washing use baby-wipes. No need to bath the whole dog unless you really hate it

A dog is never bad or naughty - it is simply being a dog
