I was watching Animal Planet and the show "Your Pet Wants this Too," and they showed a scooter designed to be pushed by a dog. That looks like so much better of an idea than hooking the dog up to a bicycle. Each one is custom made and has front and back brakes. The wheels are larger than your standard scooter, but the footboard is still close to the ground. There is a metal framework that the dog is hitched into that keeps them away from the wheel and kind of encloses the dog. It looks like the harness attaches on both sides behind the shoulder. I know I would feel more secure with my feet close to the ground.
Did anybody else see it? If so, what do you think? Does anybody happen to own one?

Grammy to Sky and Sirius, who came to live with me, stole my heart, and changed my life forever as I took over their care and learned how to be a dog owner.
