Excersie For My Basset Hound Question

What would be the best Excersie that I can do in my back yard with Dutchie to tire her out?

You can make a fun, mind stimulating game with her. I know that most basset hounds like to sniff, and they usually love food. You can make a track of treats, that lead to a hidden pile of treats. If your yard in fenced, you can play hide and go seek. If your basset isn't interested let her know that you have delicious treats. You can play a little game of fetch or let her chase you around. If your basset hound knows tricks or 'commands' you can ask her to do them. Usually dogs tire out when their mind is being stimulated. Maybe you can try teaching her something new.
