Your parents can get in serious trouble for neglecting a health concern for your dog. Especially if its something VERY serious. I'd advise them they need to take your dog to the vet ASAP if she's limping. Ignoring a health problem like this will only make it worse. A neighbor or someone could see your dog limping and call animal control, which would result in the dog being taken away for your parents not seeking medical attention for her and your parents getting a hefty monetary fine for neglect.

What are their reasonings for not taking her to the vet?
