Raw Fish - eating it whole?

Hi everyone, I'm a little clueless here...

Striker and Bibi are on the raw food diet. About 2 weeks ago I bought a huge bag of frozen fish (Pilchards). The fish still have their heads, fins, etc. I know to freeze it for a month so all the germs / parasites would die, but when the fish is ready to give to my doggies, how do I feed it?

Do I cut of the heads & fins? And the bones? (they are called bones right?) It's not a very big fish, so I don't think their bones will be very hard, but I honestly don't know. I googled and found the following pic of pilchards, hope it helps.

I was on a raw feeding website once and it had lots of raw items suitable for dogs with links to "recipes" - so out of curiousity I clicked a couple of them and they all said:

"Take the ___________ (whole raw egg... whole raw fish... pig leg... etc.) and hand it to your dog."
