can worming treatment make my puppy pee more?

i have noticed today particularly that riley is pee'ing more often and there is more of it! he had his first dose of worming treatment today could that be what is doing it??? (he had it this morning!)

Shouldn't make a difference - maybe he is just growing up and drinking more?
