Dog training scheldue? How to remember...?

Post by reactive123gsd »

Okay I am proud of my boy he now knows around 30 commands/tricks. The problem is how to remember them all, and add new tricks at the same time? Plus work on the old tricks too? Then working in distractions, working with distance, and duration of a single command trying to remember to get it all done! :?:

You could start a log book with a full list of what you've worked on so far and update it when you train with what you work on in each session.

I would say to "review" a few tricks at the beginning of your "session" and then work on your new tricks... You could also do weekly reviews; eg, this week I'll review down, shake, roll over, and sit up. Next week I'll review sit, watch, spin, and jump through my arms. If you have a calendar or get an appointment book, it would help keep track. :)
