Rescue dog suddenly doesn't like other dogs

I adopted a rescue dog about 3 months ago. One of the things we noticed right off the bat was how he didn't pay attention to other dogs.

We moved into a new community and he made friends with two of the neighborhood pups.

Suddenly, it seemed almost over night, he barks at every single dog. He only gets along with one of the dogs still, but only sometimes (there was no fight or other event of the type).

Every other dog he goes off at. Any suggestions? He's a sweetie and I want to know what's bothering him and how to help.
