Hi, I'm no expert, so I's suggest posting the question on the dog training board where more people can see it and offer suggestions. There's also a thread about housetraining stickied there that offers the best method.

When you post, offer as much detail as you can about the dogs daily routine. Food, exercise, what happens over an average day, and in this case, were there any changes in their routine just before this behaviour started?

My guess would be that something in their routine changed, and unsettled them, so they've begun toileting in the house and now it's become a habit. That is only a guess though, and the experts will need a lot more information to be able to hazard a more educated guess. Do you clean up using a specialised cleaning product? One without ammonia? What do you do when you see them 'go' in the house? Have you gone back to basics with toilet training?

I understand that it's frustrating, but whatever you do, don't get angry with or scold your dogs. If they were house-trained and have regressed, then something happened to make them regress, and it isn't their fault. Getting angry and/or scolding them will only add to their stress, and far from improving the situation, will only make it worse.
