Bit of an update. Training is coming along ssllooooowwwwlllyy but we're getting there, mostly thanks to this forum. Her weight is stable but she'll always have heaps of loose skin from her previous life. She's healthy and happy and enjoying her raw diet and life of luxury at Pug Land, which is what we now call our place! It's been almost 18 months since we got her and couldn't be happier with her. She's 7 years old.

It's winter here at the moment (well, our version of winter: 5 degree mornings, 20 degree days!) and Sweetie is loving it

Sweetie's human,

Sandy took over my crocheted afghan, too. :D

You must be down under if it is winter in August.

I had to look this up! I've just always called it a blanket. You learn something new every day!!

Yes, well spotted Diane, we are in Australia. Not the best climate for Sweetie really because although we have lovely mild winters, they are very short and for about 7-8 months of the year it's consistently over 30 degrees - every day. But she needed a home and was already in this area. She enjoys life at Pug Land anyway and we do our best to keep her cool.

At the moment though, she's playing with her soft squeeky toys with OH having a lovely Friday afternoon.

Happy Weekend!

LOL thanks Wuf. That's what happens after early morning walks in the rain, which she actually does enjoy. She just turns into the world's biggest sook when we get home and OH wraps her up!

Awww, Honey LOVES being dried too but she turns into a, well, of course a crazy jacker  I do have a picture of her wrapped in her "blankie" after a wet walk but even I have to admit Sweetie wins the cute award on this one  (shh don't tell Honey  )

Ha ha my parents have a JRT and I know exactly the crazy state you mean when they are wet. Although that JRT loves swimming, but refuses to go for a walk in the rain! And they tell me my pug's not a real dog
