This is a long article that I haven't yet read (it is nearly 1am!) but it is by Rise Van Fleet who always seems to have interesting things to say about our relationships with dogs. I'm going to read it tomorrow and perhaps you will too :)

Ah, that is part 1, and she has parts 2 and 3 up in that pdf. Apparently I am allowed to email it but it will also be up on her site (but in a couple of weeks time).
