Clothier's book was the very first one I read after the 'Oh just look at CM and do everything he does!' advice. I've had a real soft spot for her ever since, and this just reinforces it. Brilliant

That was incredible. So simple, but it needed to be said!
I definitely get the part on posture. The first few classes Opal and I took last year, I was leaning forward, constantly on the alert, and Opal was always standing, maybe sitting or laying down but only if I cued it...whereas the last couple classes, I kicked back in the chair and Opal plopped down on the mat next to me. Very important stuff, but not something most people think of!
