House&crate trained dog started weeing inside

Hi there, my puppy is now 7months old and has been house trained a while. He will toilet on my balcony and in my mums garden. If at night while in his crate he needs to toilet he will cry till I let him outside. Hes do e so well but recently (the last 4days) he has begun to toilet inside again on the floor, his bed in the living room and tonight in his crate. I cant put my finger on a change in habit so am unsure why this is happening or how to fix it.

Am I doing something wrong?

The first step is to get him checked by a vet in case it's a medical problem. In the meantime, take him outside a bit more often and praise/treat whenever he wees out there to reinforce the message that that's the place to go.
