Our dog cries, when we are leaving for a work.Neighbors are very unhappy...So, what to do?

Mikas, hi and welcome to the forum. In order to give you some help we need more detail from you. The more detail the better, so things like, your dog's age, how long have you had your dog. What is it's daily routine, food, exercise, toys etc. How long is it left for, how long has the problem been going on for etc etc
