Re: Peeing in her sleep

So we got the results, no infection or abnormalities :( the vet is assuming a weakness to her bladder muscles and prescribed something to strengthen the muscle. I don't no what it is yet we are going back tomorrow. The frustrating thing is the vet seems to think its normal because its "so commo...

Re: Peeing in her sleep

So we had to take in a second sample and still waiting for the results - annoyed and frustrated is an understatement! Had another accident tonight, the worst so far :( will hopefully have results tomorrow and will let you know the outcome. Another quick question though, we dont bath pepper but now t...

Re: You know you are a dog geek when..

When you get a delivery in a box and get more excited about the box being a "good" shape to hide treats in, rather than the actual contents.... Guilty. Or when you consider taking the empty toilet rolls home from the office to stuff with treats because your own household only goes t...

Re: Peeing in her sleep

Thank you for your support. So my next question is - how do I get a urine sample  I'm thinking rubber glove, wait until mid flow and sneak in behind her???

I feel sick about it and Clare I'm hoping its infection too, will let you know what the vet says.

Peeing in her sleep

So i think my worst nightmare is coming true. Pepper wet herself while sleeping in the evening both saturday and sunday. On saturday she had a bad dream and i actually thought that could have been the reason, but sunday she slept fine and it still happened, then i wondered if it had anything to do w...

Re: Raw Food Diet

I think what might be best is to put a thick towel over her bed, thats where she takes her treats and kong so where she feels most comfortable eating. I will just have to see what happens. Will let you know :) Will a ducks...

Re: Vent!

Amy, it is your life and you should choose to live it anyway you want. The question you need to ask yourself is "am I happy" if there are things you want to change to make you happy, how can you go about reaching those goals, if its money stopping you then think about the options... expand...

Re: When you have to leave your dog...

Im sorry to say we have been in a similar situation and only one of us went to the funeral and told a little white lie as to why the other wasnt there, when really it was because pepper would have been left too long alone and we have no one to leave her with (that i trust) this is more of an issue a...
