Our first snow of the year here in Delaware wasn't much to see. Still caused a mass-panic, though.

Rose didn't mind her first snow, or her cute little coat, at all.

Following up from my previous post ( http://positively.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7989 ), Rose has been eating the Blue Buffalo Small Breed Puppy for two months now. She's no longer itching all of the time, she's shedding less, and her bald/thinning spots have grown back. :D I'm still feeding...

Ever consider small mixed-breeds (aka designer breeds)?

Cockapoos are well tempered and get along well with other dogs. Our Rose is five months old and she loves anybody and anything that crosses her path. Adults, children, big dogs, little dogs, cats...she wants to be everyone's friend!

My vet recommended that I get my puppy vaccinated when I mentioned that I wanted to take her for walks with me at the local park (a large area with a walking track where people jog, skate, bike, walk their dogs, etc).

Our cockapoo puppy has a patch of dark, thick, and very curly fur on her upper back, shoulders, and back of her neck while the rest of her is light, soft, and wavy.

I think most adult foods are geared toward dogs at 1 year and older.

As far as Blue Buffalo is concerned, I believe the "Wilderness" line is meant for adult dogs. They do make a "Large Breed Puppy Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe" that's supposed to be nutritionally balanced for larger breed puppies. I have a five month old cockapoo and she's thriv...
