Wonderful advice. Love listening and learning from you, Victoria. Regardless of the dogs demeanor, I always approach the same way...I turn sideways, avert my gaze and stoop down to a lower level to offer the casual back of my hand in appeasement. As a delivery driver, I have found this technique works well. If you have any other advice, I am all ears.
