Victoria will join host Jane Velez-Mitchell on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 on HLN to discuss why breed bans don't work, and why the vote in Miami to overturn the ban against owning pit bulls is so important.
The segment will air during the live broadcast between 7-8pm ET/PT.
Defining what aggression means is not easy, because there are so many variables associated with what is a highly complex behavior. But by investigating the function served by an aggressive act as well as why it occurs and what result it achieves from the dog’s point of view, we can begin to gain a better understanding.

All animals are the same...Pit Bulls are very strong animals and need trained as soon as they adopt them. They are not evil animals....the only evil in this nightmare are the ignorant public that don't understand...they need to educate themselves..
Caesar Milan (sp?) will tell you the same thing!!!!!!!
Educate yourselves on training various dog breeds...they are all different...just like people.
